• Original Personal (Salaried) Bank Statement of last 6 months attested by bank
• IT Return of last 3 years or form 16 personal

• 2 passport size photos(white background, showing 60% face) 35 x 45 without border and 60 to 65 % Face (Passport Size, First Photo should be pasted and Second Photo should be clipped, Photos stapled on form will not be accepted.)
• Indian Company cover letter mentioning purpose of visit, designation of the visitor, and the intended duration and days of stay Issued by the authorized Person with the Name Signature and Designation
• Invitation letter from Taiwan (stating the purpose and applicant’s name Passport No & travel date )
• Indian Company’s registration and certificate//Import Export Licence Copy/Shop establishment certificate copy/Industrial licence copy issued by the India government (Question Marc ? OR Cross X is not acceptable ) it must be Check mark or with the Digital Signature .
• Indian Company’s bank statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp and ITR for 1 year with Digital Signature .
• Applicant’s personal salary account statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp Seal & Sign By Bank
• Salary slip last 3 Months seal & sign by the company
• Applicant’s ITR or Form 16 for 3 year (either one of the documents) (Question Marc ? OR Cross X is not acceptable ) Digital Signature required
• Company account statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp Seal & Sign By Bank & and ITR for 3 year with Digital Signature.

All the visa fee need to deposit in Kotak Mahindra Bank in New Delhi fee need to deposit on same day basis
